A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these have been delivered together;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: support@ferreirawear.com

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may refuse the refund until:

• we have received the returned goods; or

• you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
