What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed, the order will be checked, approved and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time

UK: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.

All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number does not work

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after several days, customer service may be contacted.
